Ministries go through great pains to communicate their foundational beliefs. As important as these efforts are, a group a brilliant theologians met in the 4th century at the Council of Nicea to do exactly that on our behalf. The Council of Nicea developed and adopted the Nicene Creed as the summary statement of orthodox Christian belief and it has communicated the fundamental elements of orthodox Christian belief ever since. Therefore, I have adopted it as the Statement of Faith for this ministry.
